How to use 20% Azelaic Acid :

Buyer Azelaic Acid Testimonials:

Pros: This Truly Works! It got rid of cystic acne using Azelaic acid and greatly reduced the redness that comes with it.

Cons: Slight tingling and burning when you first apply it. So worth it though!

User Comments: You must not give up on this product. It truly does work if you are patient with it. I have only used this for about a month now and I can't believe how much my face has cleared up. It looks and feels so very smooth now. I no longer have bumpy cheeks!

I'll be buying this forever,

Jackie

Pros: 20% Azelaic acid cleared up my acne faster then any other product that have I've tried before now and I basically I've tried em all. lol

Cons: NONE

User Comments: This does sting when first applied, but it works... bottom line. I'd much rather deal with the pain then with having acne. Come on people haven’t you ever heard the saying, "Beauty is Pain" and I’ll take a little bit of discomfort any day.

What a find for my skin problems.

Susanne M.

Pros: Azelaic acid clears up most, if not all acne.

Cons: Burns a little "probably a sign it's working", if you skip a day or two, you see negative effects.

User Comments: I tried everything, including a 6 month course of Accutane, which when concluded my acne resumed. I use Retin-A at night and Azelaic Acid in the morning and believe that combination has cleared my skin completely- a wonderful solution to an Accutane follow-up treatment. After the first week of Azelaic Acid use, my acne worsened quite a bit. I was advised by my dermatologist that this would happen- it always gets worse before it gets better! He was right... it's a lot better! One downside: I went on a vacation which after some sun exposure, I stopped using the acid for a few days to let the sunburn heal. I noticed acne returning almost immediately. Maybe acne returned as a result of the sunburn which also might not have accrued if I was not using this Azelaic Acid. The cream will also make you very sensitive to the sun. I would recommend a very strict routine and minimal sun exposure and using a strong sun block of 70 or higher. Overall, I love this stuff.

Hope this helps,

Saundra
